To understand what energy healing is, we must first realize we are comprised of much more energy than matter, some believe we are 97% energy and only about 3% matter. We are energetic beings living in a sea of energy. Our energy field extends about 3ft all around us in an egg shape. We have all experienced someone stepping in too close…this is our energy field! Within this field is our chakra system. There are 7 major chakras running from our base through the top of our head as if on a stem.
