Meditation Schedule

Thank you to everyone who filled out my survey, it was most helpful and I appreciate your time! I am pleased with the Summer Experiment, I learned a lot, but mostly how to better serve your needs. It was a tremendous success, thank you for your patience! I think I have succeeded in laying out a format that will serve everyone’s needs, kind of a combination of both styles, with the option for silence or sharing. Of course there is always room for change, and I welcome any feedback as we grow together!

Meditation Schedule

MOST Mondays @7:30 p.m.  Call or email to be sure if you are not a regular attendee or haven’t been advised of “off weeks”.

Doors will open @7:00 for your convenience and to spend sometime relaxing and unwinding before we begin.

*I am requesting that everyone to do their best to arrive by 7:25 so we may begin promptly at 7:30 with the message for the week.*

New format will be as follows:

7:30

Message

7:40 – 8:20 (approximately)

Lightly Guided Meditation

8:20 – 8:30

10 minutes of Exit music (approximately)

Exit music will stop around 8:30 to signal those who wish to continue the summer’s format of leaving in silence, or for those needing to return to their home, spouses, pets and children. May we all remember to honor and respect everyone’s needs and desires to stay and share or leave in silence. Of course if you wish to stay, you still have the option to “pass” and not share. There really are no rules, just more facets to carve out, polish and shine. I may also suggest some of you may wish to bring a journal with you.
